From the thick canvas fabric to the solid hardware, every detail is made with substantial weight and durability in mind. The bag weighs around 2 kg, which is rare for a canvas bag and even heavier than many leather bags of similar size.
The main body is upgraded with 22 oz thick washed canvas, while the lining uses 16 oz canvas for added structure and strength. The hardware is custom-made from solid brass, paired with an oversized No.15 brass zipper. The zipper puller, end pieces, and teeth are all impressively large, giving the bag a bold and powerful look. This is one of the largest zipper sizes used on bags, and the actual piece feels extremely substantial in hand.

Reinforced Carrying Structure
The hand-carry stress points are reinforced with webbing that runs all the way down to the bottom of the bag. This not only helps maintain the shape of the base, but also greatly improves the load-bearing capacity.
All key weight-bearing areas inside the bag are reinforced with additional webbing, making the overall carrying structure stronger and more reliable.
Extra-Thick Leather Handles
The thick top handles are made from 3 layers of 3.3 mm leather, providing a comfortable grip even when carrying heavier items.
The leather is imported Italian full-grain cowhide, with a rich and durable texture. It will develop an even better feel and character with use over time.
The handles feature heavy-duty stitching and are secured with two solid copper rivets for extra strength. The overall look is bold, rugged, and premium.
Practical Front Tie Strap
The front of the bag features a small tie strap, suitable for securing small items such as gloves, scarves, hats, or other accessories.
Oversized Brass Zipper
The zipper puller, zipper teeth, and end pieces are all extremely large and durable.
The zipper puller is nearly the width of a thumb, creating a strong visual impact and making the bag instantly recognizable.
Reinforced Shoulder Strap Position
The side shoulder-strap stress points are reinforced with padded webbing that runs directly to the bottom of the bag.
These areas are further strengthened with leather, copper rivets, and reinforced stitching, helping to prevent tearing and extend the life of the bag.
Reinforced Outer Pockets
Both sides of the outer pocket openings are reinforced with webbing to effectively prevent tearing and improve long-term durability.
