A high-end, large-capacity travel bag built with serious weight and structure. From the thick canvas body to the solid brass hardware, every detail is made to feel heavy, rugged, and premium.
The entire bag is upgraded with 22 oz thick washed canvas, giving it a strong vintage texture and a substantial hand feel. At approximately 1.8 kg, it is unusually heavy for a canvas bag — even heavier than many leather bags of the same size.
The hardware has also been upgraded to custom solid brass fittings, including an oversized No.15 brass zipper. The zipper teeth, puller, and end pieces are all impressively large, making the bag feel bold, solid, and visually striking.
Details & Construction
One side features a reinforced carry handle. Inside the side handle, webbing has been added for extra strength.
The vertical side webbing extends down to the bottom of the bag and connects with the shoulder strap stress point. This structure is essential for load-bearing support, helping prevent the canvas from tearing and extending the life of the bag.
The other side includes a large exterior pocket, plus a full-grain leather card slot for small items such as photos, address cards, access cards, or other daily essentials.
The back of the bag features a large snap-button slip pocket with double stitching for added durability. A long webbing reinforcement is added inside the pocket opening, with extended reinforcement at both ends to help prevent tearing.
The bottom is double-layered and padded for improved wear resistance, durability, and shape retention when carrying heavier items.
Leather Handles
The dual top handles are made from thick imported Italian full-grain leather with a rich oil content. The leather is strong, flexible, and resistant to creasing.
Each handle is hand-finished with sealed edges and a sealed back, helping prevent loose fibers or leather dust. The load-bearing areas inside the handles are fully reinforced with webbing for better strength and long-term durability.
Oversized Brass Zipper
The bag uses a massive No.15 brass zipper, one of the largest zipper sizes used on bags. The zipper pull is even wider than a finger, giving the bag a powerful and unforgettable presence.
Custom Solid Brass Hardware
All metal parts are custom-made solid brass pieces, selected for their weight, durability, and vintage character.
Shoulder Strap
The exclusive shoulder strap is upgraded from a machine-gun sling inspired design. It features custom brass hardware and solid sealed brass rings, creating a distinctive, rugged, and stylish look.
